Came down from DC for my first grill after seeing great reviews. I went to both locations and got help finding exactly what I was looking for based on my intention and budget. Everyone is so chill and attentive. My fav part was the process - molding, learning how to properly care for them, being taught that I can customize them again in the future, and seeing the final art on me! I love connecting with a biz that I trust to go back to myself and will refer to others.

Listennnn, when I say they did they BIG ONE on my fronts Tito and the whole staff showed madd love from the moment I walked in. Customer service was top tier, energy was unmatched, and they really make you feel comfortable and hyped the whole process. I was having a little issue with the fit and Tito took his time to make sure everything was PERFECT so I could walk out wearing my fronts the same day.
