The EXCEPTIONAL customer service is why I'll forever return as well as recommended Baltimore gold fronts. Today I barely made closing time 5 minutes to be exact and the gentleman at the Eutaw location still treated me with patience and hospitality as if though I was the 1st customer of the day..My bottom fronts needed to be adjusted and Eric & Tito were determined to make things right/comfortable before I left out.. Baltimore Gold Fronts is the best jeweler around!! I have multiple pieces of jewelry including bracelets, necklaces and rings from BGF and everything is PERFECT!! My engagement ring had to be sized and the turn around time was quick & easy. Best quality & customer service! 10/10 recommend for all your jewelry needs!!
