BGE raised the price and. Now made it hard to call in and get through about your bill. BGE is not applying the money to your account once. You pay your bill pay attention to that . I have made two payments and have proof one week ago and it as not been applied to my account . I will be showing up in person to there office . This is really sad
wouls give 0 to all BGE if i can. Rates are too high, theres no help and customer service NEVER ANSWERS. I HATE BGE and wish there were better options. I wish I got Potomac Edison on my side of Westminster.
BGE website has billed me 8335.00 on an account that is not mine. They sad they would give me a credit. 5 months later it has not happened
Power has been out for 3 weeks now and they were doing nothing about it until I hired my own electrician, who confirmed it was on the outside (BGE'S problem) then they finally came out did a quick fix and it was back so now we lost all of our food/ $400+ for the electrician and have been having to eat out the last 3 weeks due to no power. On top of all of this trying to talk to them on the phone (I was absolutely nothing but patient, without as much as changing the tone of my voice) was an absolute nightmare.
