Poor excuse of a company

I sold my home and paid my remaining statement when during closing. A month later I was charged the same amount again! My account is closed so when I called to talk to billing my account number no longer works. I had to schedule a call back a week from now. They now have my money that I did not owe and I don’t think I will ever see it again. They’ve charged me double on other occasions as well. I am furious about the automated voice messages.
