I’ve had good experiences here before, but I am flabbergasted at how nasty one worker was to me today. I was just trying to drop off a box of recycling. I was accidentally in the wrong lane ( I was apparently supposed to be in the left lane). I said please forgive me. He said “I’m not sure if I even want to talk to you”. The department of public waste has not picked up trash or recycling material in weeks. This department has avoided our block; and when they arrive late.
Love that the place is so close and easy to use but the employees make it really hard to come back. Each interaction has been a rollercoaster from the front gate personnel and the people on the ramp. Truthfully every visit feels like an ego trip for the employees. Otherwise the facilities are fantastic!
