Taking Baltimore Black Car to Dulles and back for our vacation was a great experience!! Jonathan was a wonderful driver who brought us back through the quiet beautiful back roads! The car was extremely clean and right on time! We would chose them again and highly recommend them for any of your driving needs!
A great experience! Airport transport - Prompt, polite, comfortable ride! He was a knight in shining armor when our flight got delayed. He tracked the flight and was there to meet us. Would definitely use again, much less hassle than driving, arranging for parking for 2 weeks, and driving home exhausted. Thanks!
Great service that was on time and comfortable
If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I contacted this company about 3 weeks ahead of time to reserve transportation. Initially there was communication and I was able to get a quote. I asked for any type of documentation via email or text verifying my reservation and never got it. I called and texted multiple times with no response. I got a hold of someone finally via a call and they knew about my reservation, so I asked for documentation for my reservation and the gentleman on the phone stated he would send it to me.... read more
