If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I contacted this company about 3 weeks ahead of time to reserve transportation. Initially there was communication and I was able to get a quote. I asked for any type of documentation via email or text verifying my reservation and never got it. I called and texted multiple times with no response. I got a hold of someone finally via a call and they knew about my reservation, so I asked for documentation for my reservation and the gentleman on the phone stated he would send it to me.... read more
Baltimore Black Car was FABULOUS!!! We had an early international flight - 18 of us!!! from Westminster....They were VERY prompt, friendly, incredibly helpful getting loaded, & were were dropped off right outside of the departure desks....it was perfect - and our return pick-up at BWI also went soooooooooo smoothly - Baltimore Black Car made our family vacation much less stressful - and their prices were the best in this area!!! We will definitely use them for future trips!! MANY MANY thanks !!! We highly recommend them!!!
Excellent service! My mother was a very nervous traveler, but Jonathan was patient, kind, and made her feel completely safe on her trip from the airport. Knowing she was in good hands gave our whole family peace of mind. Highly recommend!
