Baltimore Black Car was so easy to work with. They were responsive, on time and professional. Our driver was an excellent driver, he was cognizant of our time of arrival during rush hour traffic and made the best time he could. He was accommodating to and had a nice attitude even when he had to turn around to return an item that had been left in the van. Thank you! We would definitely use the service again when in the area.
Excellent and professional and punctual service.. Driver showed up 10 minutes early for a 4am pickup. He was helpful with baggage, polite and professionally dressed in a suit and tie. Felt safe and well cared for. 10/10!!!!!

Very professional, timely and reliable experience. Our driver, Jonathan, was the best! Conscientious and honest. I left my phone in his car, and when I called my phone, he immediately answered and returned straight away to give it back to me. Would have been lost without it, and he was so nice about it! Just a super experience. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
Best thing I did was to hire Baltimore Black Car to take us from and to BWI to our hotel by the National Mall over inauguration weekend. Drivers were early, cars were SUPER clean, drivers asking how temperature was in car, plus they were friendly and KIND. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Jonathan you run a GREAT business.
