I've put 25 kilos/55lbs on my total in a few months. That's the review. Additionally - Jason, the head coach, has the best eye of any coach I've known, and I truly feel every cue he gives makes a big difference in how a lift feels. He knows when on a lifter's journey to give what cue, and does so maintaining a kind, supportive, and positive energy in his coaching style and in the gym.
