We were quoted a 8 -10 week build time on a 50,000 gallon pool with 4 ton rock waterfall with diving rock. Even with wet weather things were done on time and we had a great experience with Baltic and Pat, the owner. Pat's price was middle of the quotes we received and I don't think one could ask for a better pool that what we ended up with. All of the sub's and Pat were a pleasure to work with. If you are considering building a pool give Pat a call, he builds a great pool and will take care of you if you ever have a problem.
Ultimately we had to replace this company. They had failed to complete the pool after 130 days (it was supposed to be completed in 4-6 weeks). Also, several sub contractors indicated that they had not been paid. Requested the owner, Pat, to give an accounting of the draws we paid and he refused.
