As a first time boat owner with a used boat I wanted to make sure everything was working properly and was safe/enjoyable for my family to use. Baltic Marine Services diagnosed potential problems, fixed and cleaned the broken fuel system and got us out on the water. They were very transparent in what needed to be done and provided plenty of detail. I hope we won't have any issues with our boat in the future, but if we do I will be bringing it back to Baltic Marine
I had a custom cover made for me seven or eight years ago I have gone at least 500,000 mi with this cover on all over the country through rain through snow even hail. Recently I had a couple small tears and had it repaired and it is as good as new can't believe the quality of these before I decided to have one of these made I bought multiple $200 covers for years. Spending the extra money for something this quality was something I should have done when I bought the boat 20 years ago. Thank you guys you guys are the best!
Services were good once they had staff that could work on the engine. Provide in writing all work or troubleshooting performed. This will help provide them troubleshoot insight and track down any issues. Understand all labor charges so there are no suprises.
Honest, Fun, Helpful, Fair……First time visiting and man am I am grateful I went to them. They helped me go thoroughly through my newly used purchase wave runner and answered all my questions without hesitation. Feel confident putting my new machine in the water thanks to these guys!
