Very poor custom service. I have been trying to contact the Vice President and well as the project manager for this company since 1/25/24 with no replies. Think twice when doing business with such. They do not follow up, there are not precise, nor do the return calls. Very difficult to deal with.
They drilled in my yard, Damaged sprinklers, plants, water lines, Trees, and caused leaks. Talked to onsite Manager, Office in Houston, and said they would fix and pay for damage 8 months ago. No returned calls - and did not pay for damage as they stated. Now they are back - leaning against my fence; because they did not drill it right 8 months ago. I'm calling the police to get them away from my property NOW.
