Love it,friendly ,clean and fun.
We visited this place to get a glimpse at the Northern Lights and we were not disappointed! There is small dock over the lake and offers beautiful views of the waterline. We were fortunate enough to get some fantastic views of the Northern Lights.
Heading into our 4th year and we love it! It’s a private small community located on Balsam lake. Private docks and immediate access to the water. Everyone takes such pride in ownership, it’s just a beautiful place with amazing people. The pools great for the kids and immaculately maintained. Fireworks and poker run weekends are my favourite! Not your regular park, it’s not a subdivision setting. We truly feel like we are at the cottage.
