This review is for the grooming service and if I could give zero stars, I would! I brought our two cats and was provided with a document to sign stating that the service would cost anywhere from $75 to $95 (plus tax), depending on the services provided. I asked for full service, including a sanitary trim, but didn’t want a lion cut. They don’t bathe/shampoo cats at this place but I was assured they do a thorough brush out. Incredible. It was tough day and we had to put our kitty down, but the staff was so helpful and caring from the get go. Dr. Rachel was especially considerate and understanding, and the whole experience was exceptional considering the upsetting nature. Thank you for minimizing the emotional turmoil with knowledge and compassion. I would recommend this clinic 100% as you can tell they are super caring about not only the animals but their human companions.
Today was my first visit at Balsam veterinary office. I have a very strong reactive dog and all the staff were extremely understanding and accommodating to our needs. I absolutely love the vet and all the stuff there. Thank you so much for taking care of my Boss Also, prices are very reasonable there and I highly highly recommend this veterinary office.
