Beware We have been using them for years with never a problem until they changed companies who handle the facility. I have been over charged, refunds not given, no return calls or emails. They continue to send documents to an address that’s 10 years old even after have repeat updated it. They keep telling me the onsite manager will call. They refuse to give me the name of who will be calling. Will not recommend. Unfortunately, I still rent one (had 5 total) and will be in this situation until I have time to move my items.

If you are looking to rent a space here don't do it last thing you want to do business like this invites trouble they don't have any security you get robbed like every other week the thing that surprises me is that it's not a police hot spot like under hot list for all the phone call ticket from the place or both please to be a nuisance public nuisance inviting trouble and not to mention the snow they pile up in front of your door so it melts all the water goes inside of your your rental space and then they say they're not r... read more
