I had the pleasure of working with Charles from Balsam Lake Electric on a large cottage upgrade project. He was knowledgeable and professional. I always felt informed and the work was well worth the reasonable cost. I will be working with them in the future for any electrical projects that come up.
Charles came to our rescue when our power line was ripped out of the panel because of the ice storm. Although he was swamped with calls he came as quickly as possible, completed the work and arranged for the ESA and Hydro one to come out to restore power. He kept us up to date on the progress and did excellent work. Highly recommend!
Charles is thoughtful and very professional. 10 years ago he worked with me to wire up a post and beam house (difficult to run wires) with additional lighting, X-10 controls (before the IOT, which would now be the solution) and remote thermostat arrangements. He's done some more repairs since then, including emergency ones. Great work. He's busy though, reflective of demand.
Our furnace stopped working on Friday night. Charles was able to come over Saturday morning and fix our problem quickly and at a great price. Thank you!!
