Professional and compassionate. I especially like the proactive approach of Dr. Kim and the office for my dental health.
My 7 year old needed a dental procedure (he’s been happily coming here for cleaning for a few years). The first time, he was too afraid and we cancelled last second and they were so understanding. We rebooked with a different procedure that Dr. Kim recommended because it was less intense… again, he almost cancelled due to anxiety but then came 15 minutes late. Dr. Kim was exceptional and he had the best experience, she even gave him an extra prize for being brave. Thank you Dr. Kim!

I recently moved back to Vancouver and sought urgent care at Dr. Kim's office due to severe pain. Despite not being a prior patient, I was promptly scheduled for three appointments the following day. The third appointment was at the end of Dr Kim's day. Dr Kim demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
