Honestly, this clinic is a joke. Been registered with their “family doctor” for over a year now, and guess what? Never met her. Every single appointment, someone else shows up instead and they just “call her” if they need advice (is that even legal?) Now the clinic’s been shut for weeks, no notice, no update, no clue if it’s closed for good or what. Tried calling, and all you get is some useless recorded message. I’m now stuck looking for a new family doctor. What a mess. Avoid this place.
Poor service! Never answer the phone, and book appointments when they won’t be at the clinic!!!
This clinic is terrible!!! Never deal with them!! They booked me an appointment on official holiday and when I showed up, they’re not there!! All their information on maps are not correct, I went to three different locations to find their clinic and after I found it, no one is there!! Poor clinic!!!!!!!! I wish if I can sue them for the time and effort I’m wasting with them. I wish if there is an option to give them -stars…
Extremely frustrating!!!! This is fake!! Never waste your time to deal with them! They can be awarded for the most messed-up service on the planet!
