After finally finding a family doctor, I had my first appointment that was very frustrating. Just a few very basic questions and a blood test request. I took the blood test, lab was supposed to send them the results, all good. No follow-up since them. Very sketchy. They seem to be closed now. Health Ontario should investigate what's going on there.
Honestly, this clinic is a joke. Been registered with their “family doctor” for over a year now, and guess what? Never met her. Every single appointment, someone else shows up instead and they just “call her” if they need advice (is that even legal?) Now the clinic’s been shut for weeks, no notice, no update, no clue if it’s closed for good or what. Tried calling, and all you get is some useless recorded message. I’m now stuck looking for a new family doctor. What a mess. Avoid this place.
Poor service! Never answer the phone, and book appointments when they won’t be at the clinic!!!
