If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID this vet. I used Dr. Moore for both my dogs. He neutered one of my dogs in April 2019 and he developed an infection a month and 1/2 later from the surgery. When I took him to Dr. Moore, as 2 lumps developed, he had no idea what they were. What ever I asked about a possible cause he would say "yea that's it" All he did was prescribe lots of antibiotics. Balsam Animal Hospital is always very kind to us. Due to moving to WNC, we are changing to a new vet after 20 years with our prior vet. The transition has been very smooth. We are very pleased.

I love Balsam Animal Hospital. I have a non compliant husky who hates going to the vet. The staff truly takes care of you and your pet while in their office. Highly recommend them! ❤️

The staff are great with my animals - very caring and patient! I LOVE this practice and all it has to offer. They have done everything from check ups to abscess drainage and not once have I been disappointed. They are amazing!
