RecommendedDr Kern has been thorough and knowledgeable about our pets over the years. He's the only vet that I know of that comes to the car to discuss in person the examination and course of action. And takes the necessary time in doing so. He has been especially helpful during our 17yo cat end of life. And was the only vet among four "regional specialists" to discover the problem with our 18 month old dog. He and his staff are careful and compassionate.

Today I took my old girl Nel to get checked out. Real old 16 plus. I had never been there Before because my previous vet is not returning calls or answering the phone. I was worried about my girl so I checked on line several different vets and chose Balsam. I was so completely impressed with Dr. Moore and his staff. It was a wonderful positive outcome.
