86yr old dad had appt 1:15 and wasnt even seen until 2:45 ! Sadly it was for nothing more then eye exam! Another client rescheduled after sitting 1hr half.place was not busy at all!!! 3:24 before we left! Elderly patients shouldnt have to sit there so long.im very very disappointed!!!
