After 20 years off seeing Dr Paul, I was advised that a cancellation fee may be charged for advising them that I found bulk billing service for skin check appointment and canceled my appointment. Receptionist was lovely- but because it’s a private clinic the rules have changed. Unfortunately loyal patients are not valued. Very disappointed.

I have been a patient here for 15 years. Doctors do come and go quite frequently. I have been seeing Dr Mo since she commenced about a year ago, she's wonderful, so easy to talk to and very thorough. As a Pensioner, I'm guttered that they don't bulk bill anymore. I rarely have to visit the doctor but as I get older I may have to find another Doctor that does bulk bill. Very disappointed..

My recent visits to Balnarring Medical Centre for allergy injections have been exceptionally frustrating and disappointing, marked by significant disorganization, chronic delays, and incredibly unhelpful staff. I specifically sought out this clinic because I needed an allergy injection that only a doctor could administer. Clinic receptionist are rude and horrible. They need to learn some manners when communicating with people.

I had a great appointment with Dr Mo, she was on time, thorough and had wonderful communication and I highly recommend her. I was however surprised that I was charged for a full consultation ($90) to have a 5 minute telephone conversation to receive test results 2 days later, it seems a bit steep.
