Great room with all the facilities. Drinks on the fridge, munches on the table. Very clean and tidy place. Great buffet breakfast. Will enjoy the Balmoral again.
The room was very clean, staff were very friendly and polite. The guy who is on call overnight is a splendid guy and very knowledgeable about the area.
Lovely clean rooms, tv heat pump, panel heater , friendly staff , nice breakfast area , cereal , toast, fresh fruit ,yoghurt, or a cooked breakfast.
Good clean basic budget hotel in the heart of Launceston. Check-in was good... room was cold when we first entered, but that's not unusual with a budget hotel. Only a 5 minute walk to good restaurants and shops.
