The stay was exceptional but what really stood out was the receptionist customer service from Danni. She was great and made my stay feel like home. Best customer service I’ve received in a very long time.
Very comfy and clean. Gr8 check in and close to everything. We walked to the Black Cow for a gr8 meal. Loved there was free breakfast for all guests, we didn't have it as we left quite early. Highly recommend.

We really enjoy this hotel. It’s basic and unpretentious. Well located central to Launceston CBD. Friendly staff and a simple but ample continental breakfast. Bagged concrete block decor isn’t high glam and gives the place an austere and cold feel but the rooms are big and warm. And, who spends their time inside anyway… get out there and explore!! A great base!!
