Excellent service, will be using this garage for my MOTs going forward. One of the few garages in Blair that does MOTs on site.

I'm on my second car through Balmoral garage and I can't commend this garage more highly. I had a number of queries relating to a recall on my car, and the service desk was extremely helpful in answering them. It's rare to find businesses these days who focus just as much on sales aftercare than just the sales. Well done Balmoral.
I travelled 2.5 hours to get away from the usual franchised chain of dealers that couldn't care less about customers, and I was not disappointed. All of the staff are excellent, and the work itself was not only top notch, but the cheapest out of all my quotes. And they are dog friendly, with dog biscuits and water down for our 4 legged friends. And Tilly appreciated the comfy seat 🤣 I'll be taking my Fiesta ST here from now on 👌
