The boss is caring, and the employees are enthusiastic and responsible.
Filthy and the owner rings a bell at 7:30 am through the halls. Have to fill your water bottle in the shared bathroom sink after hours. doesn’t accept debit card.
So many unfortunate things I have seen and heard from the way this place is managed. The management seem to control and perceive to own the people who reside at Balmoral. Residence cannot make their own decisions they are told what to do taking away autonomy of participants. People who want to leave because of food and the state of the building .
