This was the worst face and neck lift facial I have ever had. Originally, my appointment was scheduled for noon, but I received a call asking if I could move it to 1:00 p.m. due to overbooking. I agreed to accommodate the change. I was also instructed to arrive 10–15 minutes early so they could take “before” pictures as part of the service, which would allow me to see the difference afterward.
