Absolutely great to work with. Knowledgeable, professional, and did everything they said they would do, in the time they said they would do it, and with a smile.
Jason did a great job in our roof tune up. Made sure we were good to go after all the recent storms.
Our project manager Jason was super responsive and kept us in the loop the whole time, Balmer was the only company who could get out same day to tarp our roof after it was damaged. The crew got everything done in a day and got everything cleaned up great afterwards. Hoping I don’t need a new roof anytime soon, but would go through Balmer again in a heartbeat. Also very competitive pricing, came in well underneath what my insurance estimated!
We were referred to Balmer by friend. Worked (and still working) with Randy to get damage from Mar 2026 hail storm repaired. He's been easy to work with, open, helpful, and took time to answer my questions. Roof & Gutters are done. They are helping work out some insurance claim stuff on siding to find the best solution possible. Overall work has been done well, and the crews have done a good job cleaning up after themselves.
