We needed new gutters and wanted the gutter guards as well. They did an amazing job. Didn't take long at all, and they cleaned up their mess! Highly recommend!

We are very impressed with Balmer roofing! They gave us a fair estimate and were communicative on when repairs could be done with all the rain that had occurred. They were also extremely knowledgeable and were able to tell us exactly why the roof was leaking. I would highly recommend

Balmer did an excellent job with our roof replacement. Alen was extremely responsive, even answering questions during evenings and weekends. Within two weeks of signing the invoice, the roof, downspouts, and paint work were complete. He also added thoughtful personal touches, including drone photos of the installation. When I noticed a bent gutter that was outside the original scope, Alen quickly coordinated the added work and had it completed seamlessly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my decision to work with Balmer.

Randy was easy to work with and up front with all details and answered all my questions. The communication was great. The crew working on the roof and gutter were fantastic. They took care to minimize impact to my landscaping, and were diligent about cleaning up. They did such a good job that I even had them did my attic insulation since it has been 20 yrs and needed it.

Balmer did an excellent job replacing our roof after sever hail damage. The crew got the job done quickly and efficiently and the quality of work is superb!
