Jason is great and super easy to work with, our roof looks awesome.
I have nothing but good things and praise for this roofing company. Alen Kramer was an amazing help to us,very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed and helped us with insurance company for we were clueless to the whole process, but Alen and his crew were on time as promised they did an amazing job on the roof and the crew cleaned up all the debris and and had our roof replaced in one day. I can't thank them all enough for a job well done and I would definitely recommend this company for all your roofing needs.
Big Thank You to Balmer Roofing in Tonganoxie! There's been twice now that I have had roof problems and both times, they came out fast and communication was outstanding! Both Jon and Alen completely helped my issues and didn't pressure me into things we didn't need! They both gave me professional advice and made me feel comfortable! I know one of these days, I'm going to need a new roof and couldn't imagine going anywhere else
3/7/2025 Found Balmer via Google reviews. My insurance requested a inspection. Reached out to Balmer in early February for a free roof inspection. They did try to get me scheduled asap. Due to my own schedule I chose a time in March. Alex Kramer has GREAT communication. Showed me pictures explaining everything. Fixed a minor leak for no charge. Anytime I need roofing service I will contact this company. It's hard to fine a company that put the customer first.
A neighbor recommended Balmer who did work on their investment properties. We worked with Steve Browning who was fantastic to work with and also has good taste when it comes to roof and gutter replacement. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality roof and gutter replacement.
