DWI case - tossed! No doubt, I can thank God who made me aware of Arkady Bukh and his law firm. Avoided serious consequences that stem from any criminal conviction, not to mention suspension of my driver's license and loss of my job. I just needed to make sure I had the retainer money - the rest was up Arkady.
Arkady is a more a media person than a courtroom attorney, but his office has other talented lawyers. My husband's case was complicated by the fact NYPD falsely classified him as "gang related". The firm was able to get him out on a recognition bond and later dismiss the whole case. Well done.
We are actually from North Carolina, but faced a serious Fed charge. I spoke to more than a few lawyers, but my gut feeling told me to turn back to Arkady. Mr. Bukh was able to come to an arraignment and extensively educate us on the legal routes we had. I had a positive experience with Arkady Bukh. I was scammed by a Ebay buyer out of $40,000 in salvaged car sales. Mr. Bukh chose the perfect venue to file a lawsuit - Richmond county in New York. The seller was forced to pay back what he got from me plus the legal fees. Completely satisfied.

Not the cheapest (especially for misdemeanor cases like mine), but the best in legal work and service. Probably the only guys out there in Manhattan who can be contacted by phone any time of day and night. What a relief from my previous lawyer.
I hired Nicholas Wooldridge from Bukh Law Firm in New York to represent me in the Manhattan Supreme court on a violation case. Despite the minor nature of the charge (it actually didn't bother me at all) they said I faced much more serious trouble and even a felony. I dismissed this at first, but it turned out he was right. I let the attorney fix my problem from that point, and simply walked away. My case lasted for 7 months, but ended up with "time served" and $100 fine, which I consider to be a nice result.
This attorney is about showing results not promises. I had a minor case nothing serious (false ID to enter the club), but my previous lawyer didn't even bother showing up and kept adjourning the hearing for 6 months while I was in a limbo! Arkady did his routine job and closed the case in just a single appearance. So I will use his legal counsel again should I find myself in a trouble.
Arkady Bukh has changed my point of view about NY criminal lawyers in general. I saw a real professional!
