Had my first visit. Always feel a little apprehensive when going somewhere for the first time, but everyone was very welcoming and kind.
I had an appointment with Sigrid Dawson. I felt very dismissed; their communication was not up to par and they were rude. They complained that basically everything was wrong, but did not offer any solutions. However, afterwards I visited a different podiatrist and they did have solutions ready.
I can highly recommend Tom, physiotherapist. He’s been really great in helping my teenage son with knee pain from soccer. He’s very knowledgeable and has a warm and supportive approach. Glad we could have his help.
