Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at Balmain Motorcycles. Communication throughout the process was lacking, and there didn’t seem to be much follow-through or determination to properly address the issues with my bike. When I picked it up, it was also noticeably dirtier than when I dropped it off, which was frustrating. It was a shame and a surprise, as they’ve always been so helpful in the past. I really hope this was just a one-off, as I’ve had good experiences here before.
