As a member for almost 2 years can confirm BHC is a great gym. If you’re looking for a small, non-pretentious gym, that is kid friendly, where all the trainers know your name and encourage you to achieve your goals this is the place. Jerome takes care to know his clients, and puts programs & challenges on through the year to help clients achieve their goals. Highly recommend.
BHC is the best gym I've ever been a part of and it's not even close. I joined 12 months ago to continue rehab for knee surgery and every other part of my body has benefited too. Jerome doesn't just train his members, he gets to know us personally and knows how to get the best out of us. I have been training at Balmain Health Club for over 12months now. Jerome and Petra are excellent personal trainers. I have significantly improved my strength and fitness. I have also lost weight and have far more energy. The atmosphere in the gym is incredibly welcoming, friendly and inclusive.
