Thank you so much for looking after our little girl. She came home happy and healthy. We missed her so much whilst we were away and to come back and see her doing so well really has let us know we did the right thing choosing Balmain Cat Boarding to look after Nina. Not only was she looked after but we could tell just how passionate you all are about all the little ones that go through. We will definitely be back again next time we go away. This was our first time using this cattery and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we dropped Florence off, it was clear she was in such loving and caring hands. I send my cat to Balmain Boarding on a pretty regular basis (for long and short stays) and Winston always comes home so happy and content! I absolutely love Balmain Cat Hotel — they’re truly one of the best, hands down. Every time we leave our two fur babies with them, they come home happy, relaxed, and haven’t lost any weight.
