The salesperson we were speaking to had an extremely flippant and cold manner so we left. An email to the dealership about the matter is, at the time of writing, unanswered. We’ll be avoiding in future.

Purchased a car here last year, the staff are really excellent, helpful and willing and welcoming. As the car had developed a minor fault, it was booked in for a check up and repair. As vauxhall gives a full years warranty on all their cars, which I am told covers everything. And true to their promise, the car is being fixed. Really poor service. Went here with £20k cash in my bank ready to buy a new car. Was met by the tall salesman. Everything felt like a chore. Had to ask to even look inside one of the cars. Was greeted with a ‘sigh’. Not offered a test drive. Must have assumed i was a tyre kicker so took my business elsewhere and bought a car later that afternoon. Absolutely zero sales here. Like tell me something about the car, why i should buy it etc. Their loss.
