It's hard to review Ballymoney Health Centre, as its almost impossible to get through on phone! Hard to believe we are in the year 2022! As of 2025 ! God help anyone in need of genuine treatment, because this is an absolute shambles! No doubt the phones are pulled out after 9am ! Shocking and non existent service !
Impossible to receive any sort of decent healthcare, particularly mental health, GPs will fob you off with sticking plaster diagnosis, and generally make you feel like you are a burden had to go private (after 12 years of being misdiagnosed )to receive the appropriate care and treatment.
Giving it a one star for the fact that it is impossible to get through to them by phone call
Absolute disgrace when it comes to getting prescription sent to chemist, should not be aloud to handle people’s medical needs, safe to say there will be a written complaint sent, receptionist are gonna result in someone being seriously hurt or worse because of their lack of professionalism! Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy at this point, also not the first time this has happened me and my prescription, joke for staff!
