The communication with Andrea Davis, was very professional and quick, even after the usual hours. She helped to pick good items for our campaign. The company provided excellent suggestions on how to place the logo on the promotional items and the sipping was timely. The overall quality was very good for the price. When an issue with the shipping arose because of a mistake by UPS, Andrea rook care of it immediately and the lost shipment was replaced before the event. I can only recommend BallyHoo Concepts.
