Utter shambolic, average tel answer 40mins, no walk in to make an appointment, receptionists say to phone only appointments, even in the GP surgery, online system is also a joke no matter when accessed NO APPOINTMENTS available, NHS NI or Belfast Trust needs a word with this group, A one star rating is being very generous when trying for an appointment
I have been resident in Northern Ireland for over 6 years and used this surgery as my second due to a move to Belfast. No one can have a worse surgery. The reception is ready to ward you off at the slightest opportunity giving excuses why you can't see the doctor, the other day a nurse was so rude on the phone and it's easier to see God than to see a doctor at this surgery. Who knows , maybe they don't like people of colour???? Myself and family decided to opt for another surgery. They definitely don't deserve a star.
