Everyone at ballygomartin group practice are very nice especially gail the nurse and dr mcbride, it can be difficult getting an appointment especially with dr mcbride due to her popularity and empathy but in this climate it is very difficult for gps and we need to appreciate them, it is not their fault there is shortage of appointments, gps take a lot of abuse and so many are leaving the profession because of this, it is shameful to abuse the people trying to help you. I am very appreciative to all of them.
Utter shambolic, average tel answer 40mins, no walk in to make an appointment, receptionists say to phone only appointments, even in the GP surgery, online system is also a joke no matter when accessed NO APPOINTMENTS available, NHS NI or Belfast Trust needs a word with this group, A one star rating is being very generous when trying for an appointment
