I would not recommend this company at tall. I called and left a message and the owner did call me back pretty quickly but was very rude to me on the phone. I can't speak for there work but customer service was very poor.
Honest and reasonable
Ok, I know my man Scott takes a bit of a hit because he doesn't necessarily get back to you quickly on your original call, (I called like 4 times) but like his voicemail says, "he's a one man band" but just be consistent and "text him" he is really good at getting back to text. Didn't realize that until later. (Scott you should put that info on your site). I do not understand how this company stays in business.. I have called since November a total of 10 times. Not once has my call been returned. I am also a one-man business and at least give people the respect of a return phone call
Trying to get my 15-20 year old hot tub fixed (no flow, no heat), I discovered most outlets only service one brand, and a couple told me to try Bally. I had already discovered Bally by a Google search. So I gave Scott a call. Thanks to the one review here, where Scott shared his mobile number, I gave a follow-up call to the mobile the next morning.
