The staff is great. I care for an elderly relative and live out of town. I try to come in to take her to appointments, but even when I can't be there I know she's getting the best care from Kellie and Theresa. They are patient and caring and they take time with my aunt. I am extremely grateful to the staff--they put my mind at ease since I can't be there all the time. If I lived in town, this would be my medical office for sure!

Dr. Nate is the best primary care physician. I switched to her after my sun had been under her care had been under her care for a while. The staff is very caring and professional.
Ballwin Family medicine is a great office for local family healthcare! Dr. Natesan is a wonderful communicator and really listens to you and makes you feel like you are talking to a friend. Just a really smart friend who happens to be a doctor!
Dr. Natesan is a very caring and attentive doctor. She gives her patients 100%, she made sure my process was smooth and made sure the care I needed was the absolute. She made me feel comfortable. The st Luke's staff and team are also super friendly and make you comfortable throughout the process. I'm grateful for their dedication to their patients.
