$$$$ - Feel they place a higher priority on the almighty $$$ then the pets. The pets seems to be a $ sign to them. GREEDY, SUB PAR when our PET needed it the most!
RecommendedThey are extremely informative, courteous and knowledgeable! The techs and drs are all excellent!!! A bit long of a wait in parking lot but other then that I trust the implisedly!!!

Very unhappy due to the fact our loved one had to be euthanized during COVID, and $$'s, along with how fast the process could be done due to COVID as well as possibly time constraints seemed to take precedence over the process. VERY COLD! This has soured us on the entire VET industry as being nothing more than Commercial Big Business with NO HEART. **To Ballston Spa Vet, DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR & OUR TIME, ASKING US TO CONTACT YOU TO DISCUSS FURTHER - WE HAVE SAID WHAT WE NEED TO, & WE WILL TELL ALL OF OUR EXPERIENCE!!!!!
Drs and techs are amazing. Always compassionate and they work with you in all aspects in caring for your fur babies
Our sweet girl is recovering from her surgery and seems to be having trouble. I spoke with someone a few days after her surgery and expressed my concern, they asked me to send photos via email. I did but never heard anything back. Last night the issue became worse so I called the vet today to express my concern and set up an appointment asap. I’m not one to normally post reviews but I have nothing but nice things to say about VCA Ballston Spa Animal Hospital. Making an appointment was super easy and you could tell from just that phone call that they really care about your animal’s needs and your concerns. Upon arrival, I was greeted outside by a nurse/tech to introduce themselves and have me fill out paperwork. My puppy loves going to the Vet! The staff are absolutely amazing, accommodating, caring, and they explain everything thoroughly. Although I haven't been able to go in yet due to COVID I know my little buddy is getting the best care there is! Thank you :)
