Love the dentist, hate the staff. This office has the rudist staff I've ever dealt with. They make constant mistakes and get an attitude when they're wrong instead of apologizing. They make appointments, tell you that you don't have an appointment. Even when you show them the reminder from them they STILL insist it wasn't made. They over bill you, when you show them the proof they still try to convince you you're wrong. They can't even do simple math. Front desk ladies are not welcoming or nice at all. They both spoke to me in an annoyed tone off the bat. Not the best experience.
Dr Eric is amazing! It's great having a dentist that keeps it fun when you have to go in.
I called because it said this place takes my insurance when I spoke to the lady on the phone she was so nice and said she was excepting new patients. Once I told her my insurance she sounded disappointed and said they arnt excepting new patience with my insurance even if my insurance clearly said they except them. I would say they are definitely out for the money and not the people.
