I've had to call twice for help getting up from my floor. If I fall I need at least two people to help me up because of my lower back and knees. The people that came knew exactly what to do and had me up in no time. Many praises to these people for what they do.

Had the unpleasure experience with two EMTs yesterday afternoon. Very inexperienced., clearly two men new on the job and had no idea what they were doing. One spoke very poorly to my father while “caring” for him. Took him to the hospital he didn’t want to go to and took the longest way to get there. Next time we call 911 from my parents Charlton home we will request not for Ballston Lake to come!!!

I had to make 2 trips to Saratoga Hospital after taking a bad fall. The Ballston Lake Emergency Squad responded to my 911 call. The were all skilled, compassionate professionals. I'm so appreciative they service my community. Thank you!

We were so thankful for the guys at the emergency squad last night. Three men came to my dad's home to help us move him from his chair to his bed. They were incredibly gental and patient .thank you so much!!
