CrossFit Ballston is a great gym with an awesome community. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about helping members improve. Highly recommend!
This is hands down the best CrossFit gym I've been a part of since I started CrossFit in 2019. And quite frankly it's more than just a gym, it has felt like a second home and I'm truly going to miss it! I loved my time here at BCF. All the coaching staff are super amazing and love what they do, also is conveniently located and they have super nice facilities.
I travel a lot for work and Dropped in at a lot of gyms. I got to join two classes at Ballston CF while I was in town and I really enjoyed both of them. Great floor layout, the coaches were both very approachable and helpful, the members were super friendly, and the program was very challenging with a lot of different options for modifications. Definitely recommend this gym if you’re in town or if you’re looking to join a new gym locally
