I had my wedding on 4/18/26 at the G and had the most wonderful experience. Kat Sutton was the most helpful event manager ever. She was accommodating and welcoming. She helped make my special day amazing. I can never thank her enough for all she did for my husband and I. She was a great source of communication through the whole process and would always open to talking to me when I had questions. Marleny made me the best Margarita that I’ve ever had!
We got married here in May 2025 and had a great experience. We booked the venue 2 years in advance, and since then, there were several staffing changes, which caused a bit of confusion with communication, but Logan stepped in during the last leading months to pull all the details together perfectly with a strong eye for detail. Service and help from the coordinators were great, however, the ballroom was unbearably hot even before we came down from the suite. After everything began, it became an inconvenience for our guests and caused some to leave (particularly my family because there were several older members). They did provide a industrial cooling fan but it only helped a little. My nephew’s wedding was last night at The Providence Rooftop Terrace and The Ballroom. We had such a fantastic time! By far the best wedding I’ve ever been to. The staff was outstanding! From the moment we stepped out of the car and were greeted by valet, each and every one of the staff was kind and considerate and friendly! Not to mention the rooftop views are to die for! Kudos to the valet staff especially! They actually held the doors open for us when getting back into our vehicle!
