HORRIBLE! SOLD ME A CAR AND NEVER FILED ANY PAPERWORK!!!! I have been there day in and day out as well as calls and texts and nothing!!! I NEED MY TITLE!!!
I recently purchased a 2014 Chevy cargo van in Dec of 2023 and this van was not in condition to be sold,I have spent over $1,500 to replace the censors on the tires,the radiator it was rusted the heater cord was rusted out and had water running through it,the spark plugs were bad,everything that was on this car was the original parts from ten years ago. I'm going to trade this in. The rep misrepresented his business and this van. Not cool,and his solution was to bring it to his mechanic.
Terrible customer service. They sell broken down cars for twice ther price. Wes told me after I patiently waited MONTHS for my vehicle to be fixed after they sold it to me with a check engine light on, that I can take the vehicle to a mechanic "at my own cost". I gave them there benefit of doubt, but am currently filing suit and contacting the BBB. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere but here if you are looking for a reliable vehicle. These guys are the best!!! I bought a Smart 4-2 in December... It runs great my wife and I have managed to put 7,000 miles on this poor thing .. it's quiet, strong running, And a joy to drive. The car was clean and in great running order! Their price was more than fair and their time with me was memorable a great family experience.. thanks guys.
