Kandyce does an absolutely fantastic job as building manager. She responds quickly and works to resolve any issues whatsoever. Keith and the maintenance staff also do a wonderful job with any maintenance or repairs needed at the loft. I couldn't be more pleased with how responsive and great they are!
Kandyce (property manager) is AMAZING! Responds very quickly any time there is an issue and Keith (maintenance) is so friendly and efficient on getting any repairs completed.
5th manager in two years is not a good sign. Was great when I first moved in but seeing the consistent turnover. Kyle, Jenna, Peyton, Aaron and now Candyce who doesn't return any calls. Like what's happening here?🤣
I have recently moved in and I absolutely love it here so far . The only thing I would like to see changed is installing a better fence around the parking lot . Payton is the best , she made moving in a breeze. She is always available to answer any questions. I highly recommended ballpark lofts for anyone.
