If you want an honest and fair mechanic, Kenny and the staff here are your go to car mechanics. They provide excellent service as well as have a professional and friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend them.
I would not recommend this facility to anyone especially a women! My daughter was on speakerphone today when she called you guys with some questions because we’ve never been there before. the first man that answered was very pleasant. He said hold on & I’m gonna let you speak to Ricky (I think was the name), he’s in charge of scheduling & appointments. I highly recommend Ballou Park Tire! My mechanic, Kenny, is absolutely fantastic. He’s knowledgeable, efficient, and always takes the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle. The quality of his work is outstanding—I always leave feeling confident that everything was done right.
