Such an incredible experience! Gilbert and his crew were very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I simply cannot express how great and comfortable they made our first hot air balloon ride experience.
What a wonderful experience. Gilbert was so communicative and let us know what to expect throughout. His crew is fabulous as well. It is so clear they all love what they do.
