Spectacular florist who made certain my sister’s Christmas birthday flowers were delivered timely!
Absolutely the wrong place to take your business. Called to place an order for multiple arrangements for a funeral, and was given the run around. Was asked to call back later when they were free to speak to me, never answered the phone for the rest of the day. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
The lack of communication between the owner and myself was absolutely unacceptable. I called at 10 AM to make sure my delivery would occur on time, and she assured me it would. There was apparently difficulty finding that address, which I can understand, however instead of calling either of the two phone numbers listed on my order, she just went home for the day and never notified me. Ordered flowers via telephone for my BIL funeral. Asked directly if they could do all blue, as the casket spray was blue and white and I did not want the same. I paid double the price quote to make sure it was full and done right. Double. Flowers were white lilies, white carnations, white roses. There were two other blooms that had a hint of blue and a filler. If they can’t do blue, and someone pays double to make sure it’s right….a phone call out of courtesy would’ve been appreciated. Wonderful customer support! Called one day last week to arrange a sympathy arrangement to be sent to my colleague's home. They were delivered when they said they would arrive and my colleague texted with a picture of nice arrangement saying thank you. Then followed with a peace lily for the funeral. It was a morning ceremony so they made the point to deliver it the afternoon before so it would be included on time. It was healthy, and a tasteful bow was included.
