Nice balloons, would have given 5 if balloons weren’t all deflated upon arrival, also wish bouquet could have been more filled up with some balloons, latex balloons all fell as soon as put on table and Cookie Monster became flat and fell within a half hour.
Good products - bad service. As someone stated in previous reviews, communication is terrible. You'll have to follow up numerous times to get on the same page about delivery and pick-up of materials. The company left their supplies at the venue for many days post event and I had to continuously reach out to Ian to confirm pick up time. From the initial info gathering call to the final design discussion to delivery and set up, I couldn't have asked for more. Very professional, very well done, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
