Reached out to talk about an order. Maybe too short of a turn around time, but he was 'too busy' to respond to my texts on following up if he could fulfill my order or not. When I actually stopped by the brick and mortar to follow up he told me he couldn't help me out. He didn't seem like he was busy when I walked in, but maybe he couldn't accommodate my delivery time? The balloons they arranged for our daughter’s first birthday came out spectacular! The company was able to assist me in executing my idea and seeing it come to life was great. The balloons added the perfect touch. The person who also delivered and set them Up was so nice and helpful!
