I had a very bad experience with balloon world. The day of the 50th wedding anniversary I was hosting the balloons were not there when I was at the venue before my guests arrived. I called them and I was told the balloons were delivered the week before. I have no idea why they would be delivered on the wrong date. The person on the phone asked what balloons I ordered and I told them that it was 4 bouquets of 3 balloons one of them a gold wit 50 on it.
