I can not thank balloon city enough for this beautiful speedy delivery to Boston Children Hospital. The service was fantastic but most importantly they made a very special little girls day ! Thank you

I would highly recommend this place. I have had many parties and the quality of the balloons sold speaks volumes. The ladies are always courteous even on the busiest of times. They are always willing to help. I can honestly say I will always use them for any one of my future parties because they strive to be the best as they represent and serve our East Boston Community as well as other surrounding communities. Bad customer service, miserable old ladies who run this place. Tried to charge me $103 dollars for 20 balloons. You would think with such bad service the prices would at least be reasonable but they clearly don’t have enough money for retirement that’s why the people working are all over 70. I feel bad honestly.
Horrible attitude from both older ladies, very uninviting atmosphere. Will go anywhere but here and I recommend the same to you. Very dirty, cluttered and disorganize.
