Derek is the goat on flexibility and strength! You have to give him a try. I've been working with him for years to improve my boxing power and speed. I've won many championships partly because of Derek and Ballistic Fitness and Kettlebell Gym!

Derek is the best trainer you'll find. I came to this gym initially wanting to just get back into fitness and a year and a half later, I'm the strongest I've ever been doing things I never thought I was capable of. No matter your fitness level, Derek will help push you toward your goals with a personalized approach!
