I have nothing but great things to say about Jim and Ballistic boats. I purchased a 223 and from start to finish it was an exceptional transaction. The fit and finish of the boat is beyond anything Ive seen in the industry and it is FAST!
Best boat and boat buying experience ever!!
This company cancelled my order after I had paid in full 3 months prior (and a deposit 6 months before that). They told me they would repay me the entire amount and it took an additional 4 months and a lawyer to get almost all my money back. They refused to pay me back my deposit of $10K. Their customer service throughout the ordeal was atrocious and their professionalism non existent. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
