I placed an order and the shipping carrier returned the order after only 1 attempt. I called and spoke with Alicia, and not only did she ask great questions to make sure she understood the situation, they re-shipped the order the same day they received it back. Alicia was also extremely communicative and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Very thankful for the great customer service and excited to use this part!
Okay I have to be honest, I placed an order before I read the reviews which I never do. I was really nervous that I made a bad decision after reading the stories. My experience from ordering was quite pleasant, maybe because I ordered in April and not peak time of the year. I ordered two barrels and received them in a timely manner (paid for 3-day shipping). I may order from them again in the future.
They won't ship a product listed in stock. Their phone number isn't real? I try to support USA product but I can't talk to someone or get any update 4 days after payment is "processing " no tracking? Wtf. Pick up the phone
I bought a "BLEM" threaded & extended barrel for my Standard Sig P365. Website said blems were fully-finctional, just had cosmetic problems (uneven finishes, machine marks, scratches, etc.). REALLY? REALLY? DUH, NOT! Website also said BLEMS were not returnable. So, I took a chance. BIG MISTAKE! I own three basic, standard P365s. Ballistic Advantage's (BA) barrel WOULD NOT work in ANY of them. customer service is beyond awful purchased barrels from them multiple times and same experience both times i put an order in on black Friday and the order is just floating in limbo this was like 3 weeks ago .. also last time i ordered from them i paid for the fastest possible shipping )it was like 45-50$ extra) and STILL my order was 2 weeks late .. i feel like i made a mistake trying them again this year its a real shame because i liked their stuff but i prob wont shop with them again if they dont get back up with me.. kind... read more
