Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a full size threaded P320 barrel and it didn’t fit my gun. I started an RMA with them and sent it back. They shipped the same barrel back to me with no communication and refused to refund my order. Will never do business with them again.
Customer service sucks.
THEY DON'T PAY THEIR BILLS. SO DON'T TRUST THEM FOR SERVICES. They sent a P.O. to my company in May 2024 and we shipped the order. It's two years later and they haven't paid the bill. I've emailed and called their accounting department over a hundred times, I've had one response. From what I can tell the accounting department works maybe one day a month. Probably the worst barrel I have ever bought. When I purchased it the gas block wouldn't fit at all even when I hit it with the torch and put the barrel in the freezer, then the beveled portion of the barrel wasn't cut to allow a flash hider to be put on. Literally just threw it in the trash
This review is based off a transaction I just had with BA on Feb 3 2026. The last time I ordered directly from them was probably a decade prior and had no trouble. Well, I wanted a Sig P320 barrel that was for a compact model, threaded, with no LCI. Their descriptions are somewhat difficult to figure out and I ended up ordering a subcompact barrel.
